Terms of Service

Welcome to KuromiCloud. By accessing or using our IDC and cloud network services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By provisioning any server, bandwidth, storage, or protection service from KuromiCloud, you enter into a binding agreement with us and confirm you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our infrastructure for illegal activity, network abuse, unsolicited bulk traffic, or anything that harms the stability of our network or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend services that violate this policy.
3. Service Provisioning
Bare-metal and cloud resources are delivered on a best-effort basis, typically within minutes. Resource specifications, bandwidth, and protection tiers are defined by the plan you select.
4. Billing & Renewal
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or usage basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
KuromiCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the month the issue occurred.
